We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was great. Welcoming and pleasant staff did a great job. Its location within easy walking distance of Sauchiehall Street was marvellous and handy. This hotel was located in a good area.

Location and cleanliness. All was good.
It was as expected, had a pleasant stay for 1 night. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. All the staffs were competent. I loved the hotel's main bar.

The hotel is fantastic and perfect with amiable staff mostly at reception desk and breakfast. It has ideal, unbeatable setting, near the restaurant both for the evening meal and breakfast and bars, restaurants and shops in minutes and everything, even a whisper. A nice touch is also the cold beverages in the main bar...

The staff was friendly. The fitness area and the pool with the saunas were very satisfying.
The room and the equipment are already getting on in years.

Relaxing background to the hotel, provided by professional staff. Centrally located for a range of activities-business,shopping,events
If staying at hotel, should not need to pay surplus for car parking, certainly not for 2 days, if staying overnight
